Chef Tom Fleming

Chef Tom Fleming’s culinary journey began at Kendall College before spending five years apprenticing under Chef Jean Joho at Everest Restaurant, where he refined the discipline and precision that continue to define his cooking. In 1995, he joined Chef Joho to open Brasserie Jo as Chef de Cuisine, and the restaurant earned the James Beard Foundation’s Best New Restaurant award. Then he opened Crossroads, bringing the same uncompromising standards to every breakfast and lunch he serves.

Very good! Here on a Sunday morning, smallish place, lots of people, but zero wait time. We had a brunch special, Picadillo with a side of pancakes, and the Crossroads Fritatta, with toast and fresh tomatoes. Everything was so tasty, with a top notch pancake and warms syrup 😋

The food was the bomb and a must try as they only serve on Sat/Sun: carmalized pecan cinnamon roll. We shared this with 3 people and it was delicious. I don't think you will leave with an empty stomach but a smile on your face. 😁

Love this place! Crossroads is close enough to walk to and one of our favorite ways to start the weekend. The gluten-free waffles, with real butter and maple syrup are one of my favorites. The breakfast sausage is always amazing. Eduardo makes the place feel like home. The chef is always ready to accommodate for dietary restrictions. One of our favorite restaurants in the neighborhood.
